We prepare cash flow forecasts, advise on contractual payment terms and milestones that align with project life cycles, assess funding needs, and manage cash flow throughout the project.

We have substantial auditor and auditee experience. We coordinate with external parties that may have a contractual right to audit (ie, networks, co-production partners, insurance companies etc). We take care of compiling and providing requested reports or other supporting documents, and help answer audit questions.
We also perform various analyses of vendor spend, expense categories, systems, or year-over-year spend to advise on cost efficiencies, process improvements, and financial goals.
